Beyond Camps by Northeast Volleyball Club

Originally from Long Island, NY, Olivia has played volleyball since she was a child..  She attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, where she played on the Women’s Club Volleyball team. Olivia currently teaches eighth grade social studies in Greenwich, CT. 

For three seasons, Olivia was the Head Girls JV Coach and Girls Assistant Varsity Coach at Greenwich High School. In the Fall 2021 season, Olivia led her JV team to a successful 17-2 season. In the post-season, she continued her role as Assistant Varsity Coach, supporting her team in successfully winning the Girls FCIAC Championship and Connecticut Class LL State Championship. She is now the Head Coach for Western Middle School in Greenwich, CT. In the 2023 season, she built up the program, leading the team to a nearly undefeated season.

Olivia has coached with a range of U12-U14 NEVBC teams, including 14 Open, 12 Club, Fall Club, and most recently 14 Club 2. She is currently the Assistant Coach for Girls 13.1 while she finishes her Education Administration certification program. In the 2021-2022 club season, her U12 team took home Silver at AAU Champions League Finals and Gold at the AAU Fun in the Sun tournament. Most recently, her 13.1 team won Gold at AAU Grand Prix and has competed for gold at many other tournaments. 

Olivia has a depth of knowledge leading volleyball camps and classes. She is a lead and court coach for Northeast’s middle school and high school clinics that are held during the summer and school year, including Mini-Volley, Middle School & High School All Skills, Libero and Setter skill camps, and more!

When she is not coaching or teaching, Olivia is the Marketing Coordinator for NEVBC. In her free time, she loves reading, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family. Olivia is super excited to be the Director for NEVBC’s first ever overnight summer camp!

In addition to Coach Olivia the camp will be staffed with experienced Northeast coaches.
